We offer services to support a successful university life for our students. You can find academic support, as well as a range of opportunities to have an outstanding student experience at Concordia. From managing your first year, through financing your education, tutoring, health issues and finding a job, you will find a service, no matter what stage of student life you are in. There are tremendous opportunities to be active in student groups and build key skills and visibility through volunteering.

Dean of Students Office

Your go-to place if you have questions about student life and groups:

Health Services

Our professional health care providers on both campuses will help you manage your health and maintain your well-being:

  • Come to an on-campus walk-in clinic for urgent care when you are sick
  • Make an appointment to see a doctor or nurse to manage ongoing health concerns and consultation
  • Receive individualized, confidential counselling on health-related issues such as fitness, sex, and drugs

Recreation and Athletics

Concordia boasts a fitness facility on each campus to help you stay healthy, and showcases many Stingers athletic teams.

  • Le Gym at Sir George Williams Campus
  • Le Centre at Loyola Campus
  • Ten Stingers teams cover a range of sports, including football, basketball, and hockey

Counselling and Development

Our counsellors help you meet your academic, personal and career potential:

Advocacy and Support Services

We offer support in several key areas:

  • International students can find information and community at the International Students Office
  • Aboriginal students can find a home away from home at the Aboriginal Student Resource Centre
  • Students with disabilities or who believe they may have them can find counselling and support at The Access Centre for Students with Disabilities
  • Students facing charges under the Academic Code of Conduct can speak with a member of the Student Advocate Program, which provides information and advice
